NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The long weekend of the National Championships starts today with the team Vini Zabù - KTM that will be racing in four countries. The most important race will be in Veneto where Giovanni Visconti and his team mates will try to bring back the Tricolore to our sports group, a title that we conquered for the last time in 2011. For this afternoon's time trial the SD Francesco Frassi and Luca Scinto have selected Liam Bertazzo, Simone Bevilacqua, Marco Frapporti and Matteo Spreafico while on sunday we will race with 17 riders including Andrea Di Renzo and Edoardo Zardini, at their first competition after their injuries, and two of the most performing men of this period, Lorenzo Rota and Luca Wackermann. Today we will see also Veljko Stojnic in Serbia, with the 20 kms time trial in Erdevik, and on sunday Jan Petelin and Etienne Van Empel in Luxembourg and Netherlands.
