TIRRENO - ADRIATICO

Team Vini Zabù - KTM is ready to face one of the most important races of the season, with less than a month to the start of the Giro d'Italia.

Tirreno - Adriatico will be an important challenge due to the high level of the contenders and the difficulty of a route as always demanding and full of opportunities.

We will start from Tuscany but not with a team time trial, like in the past few years, but with a stage of 133 kms with start and finish in Lido di Camaiore with finish in San Benedetto del Tronto with the classical time trial.

In between there are gonna be many climbs and finishes that could suit our captain Giovanni Visconti, who is reaching the top of his form.

The siciliano has achieved a second place as his best result in this race and now he aims for something better as the season gets close to two key goals like the World Championships of Imola and the Giro d'Italia.

In the hardest stages Visconti will be supported by the winner of the Tour du Limousin, Luca Wackermann, and by Edoardo Zardini who is looking to recovery after the crash of july.

The SD Francesco Frassi and Luca Scinto have selected Marco Frapporti, a man with huge experience in these races, Riccardo Stacchiotti, who will be our sprinter, and two riders class 1999 like Veljko Stojnic and James Mitri.
