EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS: AN AMAZING GIOVANNI VISCONTI IN PLOUAY'S WIN FOR THE ITALIAN TEAM

An excellent performance of Giovanni Visconti at today's European Championships in Plouay.

The siciliano rider put all his experience for the National Team directed by Davide Cassani stopping all the attacks and pulling the peloton since the beginning of the race.

The hard work of Visconti was precious especially during the penultimate lap where he was able to defuse the attacks of Mathieu Van der Poel.

Despite the hard work Visconti was able to finish in the main group in 49th place, celebrating after crossing the finish line the win of Giacomo Nizzolo, who achieved the third European Championship in a row for the Azzurri.

Also the other rider of the team Vini Zabù - KTM, Jan Petelin, managed to finish the race.
