If you need to return one or more products purchased on our website www.bicycle-line.com, please note that this may be for one of three different reasons, each with a different procedure. Please read carefully the one that best suits your needs:
1. RETURN ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS AND RECEIVE A REFUND
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email at [email protected] within 30 days from the purchase date, indicating:

the product(s) and the relevant order number for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised.
The item(s) will be refunded only if returned unused, undamaged, and with all internal and external labels intact. We recommend being careful when opening the packaging—avoid using scissors or other sharp objects that may damage the fabric.
Returns from non-EU countries are not accepted.
After notifying us via email, the customer can choose between two options:

Make a bank transfer of 7€ (for Italy) or 12€ (for abroad) to the account of Bicycle Line SRL:

In this case, once we receive the transfer, we will email the customer a shipping label that must be applied to the package.
After the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.
2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In case of manufacturing defects, the customer must email [email protected], specifying the order number, the defect identified, and including photos.
Used or washed products will not be replaced unless they have a production defect that renders the item unfit for use.
The product will be replaced or refunded only if the defect is verified and if it still has all original internal and external labels. Again, please handle packaging with care to avoid fabric damage.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original order.
3. SIZE OR PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If the customer requests a size change, the procedure depends on the shipping destination:
Orders shipped within Italy
Option A – Ship the product(s) independently and make a bank transfer of €7.00 (for return shipping) to:

Once we receive the transfer and the returned item (which must be unused, undamaged, and have all labels attached), we will ship the requested size or a different product based on the customer’s request. If there's a price difference, it will be calculated and adjusted accordingly (in favor of the customer or Bicycle Line).
Option B – Make a bank transfer of €10.00 to the same account above.
After receiving the transfer, Bicycle Line will email the customer a shipping label and arrange for pickup at the address provided in the original order or another address specified by the customer.
Upon receiving the item for exchange (unused, undamaged, and with labels), the requested product will be shipped. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Orders shipped outside Italy
Option A – Ship the product(s) independently and make a bank transfer of €12.00 (for return shipping) to:

Option B – Make a bank transfer of €20.00 to the same account above.
Upon receipt of payment, Bicycle Line will email the shipping label and arrange pickup at the original order address or a different address as indicated by the customer.
After receiving the returned item (unused, undamaged, and with labels), we will ship the requested size or a different product. Any price difference will be calculated and adjusted.
Size exchanges are not available for countries outside the EU.
