How much are the shipping costs?

For Italy, shipping is free for orders over € 80, if less, shipping costs € 7. The cash on delivery payment service costs € 5.

For Europe, the minimum order amount must be € 100, below which shipping costs € 12. For express shipments the cost is € 17.

For extra EU shipping is free over € 150, if less, it costs € 20.

Warranty of the products. Whom should I contact if I have a reclamation?

Return policy
I would like to send a product back

Send, at your expense, the product to: Bicycle line via F.Ferrara 31030 Dosson di Casier - Treviso-Italy. Once we have the product here and after checking it, we will refund the money, using the same payment method used during the purchase.
