If you need to return one or more products purchased on our website www.bicycle-line.com, keep in mind that it may be for three different reasons and that each of them provides a different way of proceeding. Read carefully the one that suits your needs:

1. RETURN ONE OR MORE GARMENTS AND RECEIVE THE REFUND

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate via e-mail customercare@bicycle-line.com within 30 days from the date of purchase the intention to return the purchased goods indicating:

- the will to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

- the indication of the product for which it is decided to make use of the right of withdrawal.

The goods will be refunded only if returned intact, with all internal and external labels, without repairs. Be careful when opening the bag, avoiding using scissors or other objects that could damage the fabric.

Returns from extra-EU countries are not accepted.

2. DEFECT GARMENT

In the event of manufacturing defects, the customer must contact Bicycle Line S.r.l. within 30 days to agree on product replacement or refund. Used or washed products will not be replaced unless defects due to production are found that make the product unsuitable for use.

The goods will be replaced or refunded only if returned intact, with all internal and external labels, without repairs. Be careful when opening the bag, avoiding using scissors or other objects that could damage the fabric.

3. SIZE CHANGE

If the customer requests a size change, he has got the following options:

Orders with destination within the Italian territory

a) a bank transfer of 7.00€ is requested to be paid into the current account in the name of Bicycle Line SRL at:

In this case, the costs of returning the product are charged to the customer.

When we get the bank transfer and the item to be replaced, the item will be shipped with the size requested by the customer

b) a bank transfer of € 10.00 is required to be paid into the current account in the name of Bicycle Line SRL:

When we get the bank transfer, Bicycle Line will arrange for collection at the address indicated in the purchase order or at a different address according to the customer's instructions.

Once the item to be replaced has been received, the shipment of the item in the size requested by the customer will be organized.

Orders with destination outside the Italian territory

a) a bank transfer of 12.00€ is requested to be paid to the current account in the name of Bicycle Line SRL at:
